Construction is progressing well at Beechwood Central Hub in Basildon, a site aimed at creating a vibrant focal point for the area. The Hub is part of the larger Beechwood Village development, which features sustainable, high-quality housing and green spaces designed for modern living and enhanced community interaction. Developed by Sanctuary, Beechwood Village is a pioneering example of sustainable construction, utilizing locally manufactured modular homes to minimize waste and carbon emissions.
We’re delighted to see construction underway for the Central Hub, a space designed to blend harmoniously with its surroundings that creates a welcoming area for the community. This Hub will feature play areas, outdoor gym equipment, a rose garden, plenty of lush planting, seating and ecological enhancements.
