Following completion of the phase 1 development, Liz Lake Associates were asked to undertake an implementation audit of the Sanderling reach development in West Mersea, completed by City and Country.
We’ve been involved in the scheme for a number of years, taken the soft landscape, public open space and play area design through the planning process. It was great to see the high-quality soft landscape across the site, with a well implemented tree planting strategy involving native species for biodiversity benefit, alongside non-native species and cultivars for biosecurity and additional seasonal interest.
