The Gallions Quarter Phase 2A project is a mixed use scheme within London’s Royal Docks that Liz Lake Associates have been working on since 2017, taking this through the planning process, into construction and handover. The scheme includes a number of interesting features areas, including an urban plaza situated beneath the Docklands Light Railway viaduct, a linear green park, urban streetscapes as well as a feature communal podium courtyard.
Working closely with PRP Architects for Vistry and Notting Hill Genesis, the project provides a large number of homes and shopfronts alongside an interesting and varied public realm.
Recently completed, we’re pleased to see how well the scheme has come together and become a vibrant and well used community asset.
