PTP Western Expansion project officially broke ground on October 2nd. Present at the groundbreaking ceremony were our clients @ British Land and SDC (Main contractor). Members of Cambridge City Council also attended the event with the wider design team including Stace, ScottBrownrigg & Ramboll, working diligently to bring forward this exceptional and versatile high-quality landscape scheme.
The scheme is due to be complete in late 2024 and will provide a single, three-storey building with new state-of-the-art laboratory and workspace, landscaping, parking and associated infrastructure. The project design was subject to a rigorous accessibility review by the Greater Cambridge Shared Planning Service Disability Conservative Panel.
