Liz Lake Associates worked with Scott Properties to produce an overall landscape masterplan and design code for this large residential development in Taverham, Norfolk. This involved the development of the strategy itself, including play spaces, pedestrian routes and trails, a tree planting strategy and involvement in the design and connectivity of the SUDs strategy. Green infrastructure proposals were then developed to frame the sites parcels and provide a consistent and connected vegetative network, both for amenity use and ecological benefit.

Liz Lake Associates also worked on the Landscape Visual Impact Assessment for the wider site, providing assessment and input into mitigation strategy. This ensured the development was integrated sensitively into the site’s rural context.
