The Mill View development is a retirement home complex by BPHA in Hauxton, Cambridgeshire, providing one- and two-bedroom apartments with access to care and support services. Liz Lake Associates were involved in the design, planning and construction phases of the development.

The scheme provides a high-quality landscape consisting of numerous seating areas, extensive planting areas and a roof terrace garden. The landscape design focuses on the various considerations and requirements of a retirement village providing a usable recreational space for residents.
