Set in the grounds of Stuntney Estate near Ely, this bespoke purpose-built rural retail village has been designed to create a unique collection of independent retailers and food providers.  LLA provided planning drawings and advice through to construction, retaining the character of the local area by implementing a restrained palette of hard and soft landscape materials.  The scheme unifies the architectural style using simple colours and forms with bold expressions to create visual and seasonal interest.

Opened in  summer 2023 the scheme has received local and national recognition, helping to develop local trades and craftspeople
