Mulberry Place provides an exciting new leisure development within the historic core of Daventry. The development provides a new pedestrian friendly plaza connecting the high street with Primrose Hill car park, a four-screen cinema, cafe bar and restaurants. The scheme includes high quality seating and planters set within a contemporary paving design.  A bespoke recessed water feature further compliments the space with lighting and water jets animating this existing plaza for use at day and night. 

As part of the development, the existing library was relocated into a new permanent home within the Abbey building. Liz Lake Associates, alongside Marchini Curran Interiors, worked closely with Northampton County Council to develop the design. The cinema officially opened as the Arc Cinema, Daventry, in March 2022.
